Can I get a PayPal Debit Card?

I am an Australian citizen living in Thailand, teaching English. I would like better access to my PP funds. Would this card help, and can I get the card?

You need to establish your PayPal account in Thailand.  Then search the local PayPal site for credit card options.

I think the Paypal business debit card is only available in US,may be Canada.

I believe you are correct. There is no sign of the card on the Thai PP site. However, can someone from Paypal confirm this? Is there still a way to get a card?

you can go thru the motion of applying for one and see what happens.

what wrong with transferring fund to local bank and get a local bnak debit card

Well transferring it to your bank account takes a few days for it to go into your bank. If you had a PayPal debit card, you could access it immediately.
