How do I find a phone number for PayPal help?

I've been "messaging" back and forth with help for a week over a missing payment. They told me it's there but they haven't put it in my account. The sender used my phone number instead of my email to send it which is what started the problem. However, PayPal keeps telling me they will put the money in my account and not doing it. I want to call them and talk to a manager or someone who WILL actually do something about it.

Have you added that phone number to your paypal account and confirmed it?

Yes, it took them two days to tell me to do that. I did it as soon as they told me to. They have confirmed that I did it too.

you can find the phone number on it site,it wont do you any good ,plus you will be waiting on the phone for hours to speak to someone.
