Help,,, I just open a PayPal account for the first time going in I really didn't know how it worked I needed money my friend sent it to me through Messenger I went and opened a PayPal account with my prepaid American Express card because I have no bank account everything said and done I have the transaction waiting I go to accept it and it won't let me put it on the American Express prepaid card even though there's a balance on it how do I receive my money
