My balance isn't huge but I generally get a couple of bucks per week, which is perfect to pay for Netflix as it lets me keep it off my credit card statement, almost like I'm getting it for free. Anyway, I want to know if I can set up my PayPal account to deduct from the balance before my credit card, or if it does this automatically. Also, if my Netflix account is billed in a currency other than USD do I have to pay a fee?
Some merchant who Accepted PayPal payment doesn't allow payment from Balance. I'm never use Netflix but you can Contact them to know more about Payment.
If you want to set up payment from balance before your Credit Card, Go Settings > Payments : Make sure "Choose a payment method at checkout" is Ticked and "If you have a PayPal balance, we'll use it first" is on Green Checklist Circle.
