If i send money, what information does the recipient see from me

So basically i have made a Business Profile, having a business name, but my real name is still visible when i login into my paypal.

I was wondering, if i send money to someone using e-mail, what does the recipient see from me, what information?

Please tell me exactly, preferably show me an example.

I don't want to let the receipent see my real name or adress.

It will show business contact info (customer service site url, customer service email address, business name), and PayPal email address used to send money or "Buyer email" address.

You real name still appears in certain places when you log in because you are account owner.

Can you answer, if I send money using my paypal account (personal) will the recipient ONLY see my email address? What else will they see?  I don't want them to see my physical address or mobile phone.
