So I sold some cs:go skins on opskins.com and cashed out the money through paypal, but the thing is that i got a mail from <removed> who is telling me to press a big blue button to claim the money which i did, and i logged in, but still i couldnt see any money transferred to me. Do I have to confirm anything or is this just straight up scam? or will I have to wait a few days to see the money on my paypal account? thanks for help

any legit Paypal email will come from @ paypal.com,not paypalcom.
when in doubt, forward such email to spoof@ paypal.com and it will tell you if it is from Paypal.
Paypal will never ask you t o claim your payment, change your password now
