I sold a digital graphic to somebody, they recieved it via gmail and paid me.to request my money i was to mark as processed but it wont allow me

You need to have online tracking to show delivery.  Selling digital items are extremely high risk of dispute.  PayPal will hold funds longer to minize PayPal's risk.
