My friend sent me 15.00 USD as a gift. I got the email fro paypal saying I received the money but it takes up to 12 hours for it to transfer to my account. Its been 8 days and I've yet to get the money.
Where did you get information that it takes 12 hours?
You need to ask the sender what happened.
