Order not processed through PayPal, American Eagle

I tried ordering two items from American Eagle, but each time I tried, it said "order could not be processed through Paypal, try different method" but I've received 3 different emails saying I submitted an order to American Eagle. My account shows no record of the order. Is there anyway that I can cancel this now or would I have to wait until it expires? Thank you for your help!

Start first with American Eagle, contact them to see if they have an actual order from you.
