Payment Failed

My payment failed due to bank blocked and not approved the payment (this is what the paypal customer service said to me 5x times when i called). When i call bank, they did not block any payment and didnt received any transaction through paypal in the system. So which one telling truth?

what country,what bank,is it a bank debit card.

always state where you are,we are volunteers based in US and UK.

Hi, I also have the same issue.

By the way, I'm an online merchant, and I have this case from my customer, who would like to purchase our products online.. but upon processing her payment through her credit card via paypal, it gives her an error like this --> "Sorry, your credit card number cannot be processed, please choose another payment option".. it's not the exact words, tho, but it's something like that.. By the way, her credit card is under mastercard. I have tried my own credit card under mastercard, as well... and it did worked, suprisingly!

 

I just don't get it, why it didn't worked on my customers credit card number.. although, we have tried it several times and double checked all the details needed to input in the payment form. but still they get the same error. can you help me find the reason of this error? and help me resolve this issue, so it won't happen again in our future transaction with our customers. Thank you very much! Will really really appreciate your help.
