Payment made, but no confirmation email. Seller cannot confirm.

Hi guys,

I have just made a payment to the seller, and I have managed to copy the transaction number of PayPal.

Problem is, I'm not receiving confirmation email, and seller cannot view the fund.

Have confirmed my money has gone out to PayPal, but no transaction record showing in my PayPal account.

I have never experienced this before as transaction was always sent instantly.

Any help? Is there wait time to receive confirmation email? What can I do?

I encountered this just now. I think there's an issue with Paypal. I contacted their Twitter support. I hope our issues will be resolved soon.

 

PayPal funds are also gone in my account, but I cannot see it in the sent history. I also didn't receive any e-mail that I sent the payment. I just sent it, and it's gone. There's no record in the activity even if you filter payments sent.

 

Weird right?

My payment sent now appears. Can you check yours? I think there's just a really long delay on Paypal's end.

I am having the same issue.  I made a Guest purchase for the following product on ebay:

The transaction has cleared my bank account for $99.95, but I never received a confirmation email.  Please help!  I do not want to start a dispute process or a refund, I just want the product advertised.  Or at least an email confirming that they received my funds, and the product is on the way.

if this is an ebay order,you should fine the order in your My Ebay ,click on order details,it should say 'paid' and is there any status like shipped and tracking number included.

I was actually able to get ahold of customer service with eBay (after digging for a contact email or phone number). Spoke with a very nice and helpful service rep, who informed me of the tracking number which I was able to monitor and get txt updates on and she then transferred me to someone at PayPal (I think...) and they also informed me that it had been shipped. The item arrived two days ago and I'm a very happy customer now. Thanks for everyone's help and I look forward to doing more business with you (and eBay).

If you pay with credit card option and did not log in PayPal to pay, you will not receive a PayPal email notification.  You will receive an eBay order receipt and email from your bank or credit card if turned notifications on in your card or bank account settings.

 

The seller should receive an eBay and/or PayPal email payment confirmation or at least the order is marked paid on eBay so they have to check their eBay and PayPal account.

I sent a payment 3 days ago, my checking was debited and the status shows "payment sent" but I've received no email confirmation.  Is my account debited only after the recipient accepts the funds?

where did you buy the item?

if ebay ,find the order in My Ebay and find status.

if not,ask the seller .
