Quick Security Check Loop

I've been having issues the Quick Security Check upon trying to send my money out of my account.

 

I'll get the page where it says it wants to do the check, and asks if it can send me a text or call me - however, when I click on either of those options and hit next, the page just refreshes the first time, and then the second time I click on next, I get a message that reads "Sorry, we couldn't confirm its you." This happens no matter the order I select the options in. 

 

I know my information on my account is correct - email, phone number, card info and addresses. I am wondering if I will need to contact customer support, or if anyone else has had a solution to this issue before that I can use so I don't have to call?

Most likely you will have to phone customer support for assistance however, you can try the following:

 

Delete your web browser's history, cache, cookies, temp files, etc., then restart your browser and try again.

If that fails, try a different web browser and/or another computer (if one is available).

 

If that fails, then you will have to contact customer support for assistance.

I am having this exact same issue and have had it for over a month now. I called customer support and they don't even know how to fix it. This is getting VERY frustrating. I have talked to around 8 or 9 customer service reps and they have not been able to fix this issue. I have money that I earned by selling and I CANT EVEN USE IT!!!!  This is absolutely ridiculous. PLEASE SOLVE THIS ISSUE PAYPAL!!

OK, I had this problem and I've managed to solve it by doing the same operation from the Android Paypal App.
I did the exact same things that I did first on my laptop and then on my mobile browser, but in the app, it worked.
