Refund pending - 7 days

Hello,

I'm not sure where to post this but I recently had a payment go through to godaddy and talked to them and they have sent me confirmation of refund. This has been showing in my paypal account as pending since Feb 10th. It's been 7 business days and I need to know when to expect this refund to go through.

It was directly through my bank account. And from what I read, I should have received it within 7 days.
