Seller issued a refund to a gift card I didn't think you could do that but it happened anyway I need to get the card number that are used for that purchase and Jesus said give me a new gife card for that amount like 500 bucks the sellers not responding to my emails or returning my phone calls but I know that should be fun I just need the card number can anybody help me with that can PayPal give me the card number for that transaction
Hope you have the login info for the card to check for the refund. If the card is added and confirmed on your PayPal account, you can still use it to make purchases after the refund completes.
I really appreciate your help I don't want to come off as a rude person maybe I wasn't clear in my post but I don't have that that gift card anymore Visa is telling me me if I can get the card number there issue me a new card
Perhaps check with the person who purchased the gift card and check the paper receipt for the number.
You could do some research for the Vanilla card phone number. With a properly registered card they may be able to help find it with your address, name, and phone number for verification.
It wasn't clearly stated what all you did. No one here will be able to find the number for you, only give you suggestions where to try. What was the response from the person who purchased the gift card?
Would PayPal even give you the entire card number like that if you called? Should the reps even have access to the card numbers to give out like that? I personally doubt it.
