I can't get the website for reloadit to set up a safe for me. I wanted to load my netspend with it. Any ideas of how I can add funds to PayPal with reloadit?

You can't add funds to PayPal accounts via reloadit.  Reloadit only adds funds to prepaid cards.

How come Reloadit can't set up a safe for you?  All you do is sign up with valid email address and pick a 4-digit code for the safe.  Then you buy packs to add to the safe. add your prepaid cards to the account, then load the packs to the prepaid card to add cash to the cards.

You can give Reloadit customer service number a call for further assistance:

I haven't got to open a safe. I tried to sign up for one and it kept saying that my device was associated with another account. I called, they said they had network issues and to try again in 24 hrs. This morning had an email with a link to verify my email address. Opened link to the sign in page, tried to sign in, it states i need to click the link in an email they resent to me. I did that, back to the sign in page. Repeat 50 times. Called again, they said technical issues,?wait 24 hrs again. My heat has been disconnected now because my funds are tied up on the reload cards. I have kids and care for my elderly mother. I need them to do what they're website states and transfer my money

So you haven't even gotten past the verify email address process then, alright.

If you have a PayPal account, you can add and confirm the prepaid cards to the wallet page and when making payment, you select the prepaid card as funding source.  Make sure your prepaid cards are registered online at site on back of card with the same info as your PayPal account so they can be verified by PayPal and that you can view transactions/manage those card accounts to check for test charges and PayPal code to complete PayPal verification process.

Just bought a reloadit from krogers, and every time I click signup, and enter my email, pass, and confirm pass, and it says that I got to many devices with my safe, but if I go to forgot pass, it says no account found.

Deleted cookies and history.

Tried making new email

Tried 3 diff android and 2 laptops.

Even factory reset phone

Well I called Reloadit (1-888-633-9434)and they told me that their website does not work with macs/apple computers. Well, it would have been nice if that was on the package when I bought it. I bought it trying to put money on an apparently worthless Netspend account for weeks, this was my last try. Thought I might get my money back because supposedly it worked with Paypal. I guess I guessed wrong.

Me too,  Paypal support says they have no control.  Reloadit support is worthless, and go so far as to say the cashier should load it at the register.  The store says call to load, the number and website say acccess to do so was discontinued, and you must set up a safe, and you can't do it.... and still support is no help.  The other thing that's clear is you can't get your money back, not from the store, and apparently not from Reloadit.  So Paypal where's your support for the customer?  We've only used Reloadit with Paypal endorsement, and to use a Paypal (Your name on it card!)
