Sending money

I am living in Finland. I would like to pay for a product I bought online from a private seller with paypal. How can I send the money from my account to her account (she also lives in Finland) and pay for all the fees? it just says that it is free when I am about sending the money. Is it because the seller will have to pay the fees? I have promised to pay the fees, because she prefers bank transfer.

There are two ways you can send her a payment-

-friend and family, she pays no fee.

-payment for merchandise,

she pays 30 cents transaction fee and a discount fee 2.9-3.9 %

Seller pays Paypal fee,it does not matter whether you are using paypal fund, bank fund or credit card .

You should use payment for merchandise,so you will qualify for buyer protection,it protects you if she does not ship or ship empty box or incomplet quantity or item arrived broken.

Now when i tried to send the money on your website, it says:

___________

Sorry, the recipient doesn’t accept payments using this payment method. Please choose another.
___________

Since both buyer and seller live in Finland, and she does not want to pay fee,why not just mail her a check ?

You get no protection if she does not ship, but I understand Fins are the most honest people in the world !!!

I don't want to avoid paying the fee, I just want to be the one who is paying them..

<removed> is like the finnish version of ebay. Unfortunately the website isn't upgrated to todays standard. You dont need to verify your account and <removed> doesnt take the responsibility for the payments. So you normally pay with bank transfer. I just got fooled by 2 sellers and dont want it to happened again, especially now when I have bought a product for quite much money.

then you should use Paypal, you can use your Paypal fund, bank transfer or credit card ,you will be covered by Paypal buyer protection if the seller tries to cheat you.

As for fee,she will pay Paypal fee,if you want to pay the fee for her, just send her more ,say 3-4% more.
