Error: Please enter a valid email or mobile number

I can't receive the money from sender because paypal is not recognizing my email when sender is trying to pay. He recieved this message "Please enter a valid email or mobile number". But i copied email and number from my account settings. My email is already confirmed and my Master card is verified.

Maybe the sender typed the e-mail incorrectly.

Is sender using your PayPal email address or is the sender using a phone number?

You need more details from the sender and also more details about exactly what you sent.
