The payment is in pending state for more then 2 weeks

Hi,
 
I made a personal payment to my friend on December, 8 and this transfer is still in Pending state.
I received a message to provide additional information about this payment and i provided it 2 weeks ago.
But this case is still in Progress state and payment marked as Pending.
Do you have any timelines for payments?

Doesn't seem like your payment has even been processed yet because you are held up in some kind of risk/security check.  Where is your PayPal account based and where is the recipient account based?

My account is in Russia and my friend's account is in US.

Do you have any idea for how long this security check could be?

note-it said AMEX accepted for intl payments,did you use AMEX?
