This entire Bill Me Later to PAY PAL Credit switch has been a total frustration since the terrible switch. I schedule my payments mid September and since I have been trying to get access. I work full time at when I get home from work I am trying to find a way to pay. Did my account just disappear? Now get am email to use my Pay Pal Credit to buy more things and it also shows me my balance as well. Well at least NOW I know my account is alive somewhere and nowhere on the Pay Pal website. There is NO PayPal Credit when I log into PayPal. Now who can help me? I will not be penalized with late fees because I cannot get access.

I have tried everything and my argument speaks volumes, why should I be the one trying everything to pay my bill when in fact, PayPal Credit is the responsible party here. I just called as you suggested and now my payment is enormous plus I can guarantee that there is a late change to that too. I have now been waiting on the phone for over 10 minutes waiting to speak to someone. This is terrible!!!
alternate browser and clearing cache does not work. even tried another computer (actually one i never used to login ever)I seee many people having this issue. It would be nice if Paypal could send a message to all users that there is a problem and how to resolve it without a 45 minute phone call. This is 2014
I too, am just trying to pay my bill! I cannot get to a place that will allow me to do this!!!! Very frustrating, I hate PayPal, bill me later was much easier!
THIS DOESN'T WORK! DONT INSULT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH THIS LAZY RESPONSE. I HAVE A BUSINESS ACCOUNT AND IM RELIEVED BUT SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED THAT IM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAD THEIR ACCOUNT JUST DISAPPEAR!
