Hi, I was trying to contact you on your web page but couldn't find an contact email. So I'm doing it here. Few weeks ago, on 19.08. 2017. to be exact my sister tryed to put some money on my payPal account. She didn't succeed, yet received following message:

We can't send your payments right now! If the problem continues please contact Customer Support. If you continue to encounter problems please contact customer support.

What can be reason for this?

You would need to go through custome support for additional assistance as this site is a peer to peer community.   If you login to your account and click "Help", there's a link to contact customer support - there you have the option to either phone or email.

That is a part of the problem, I can't use given phone since my skype recognizes it as an Ireland fixed telephone line that I have to have mony on my skype acc. to call. And I can't see no email listed in customer support. I contacted them on facebook and an automatic message saying:

" Auto Replay: Thanks for messaging us. Due to a high number of messages, we may take a while to reply. Please send us your email. If your inquiry is urgent please try the PayPal Community: http://bit.ly/1W9lsCl or contact us here: http://bit.ly/2cdgK0W "

 brought me here.

I also tried clicking on "message center" only to get this:

Message Center is Unavailable.

We're having trouble displaying the page you requested.

Why can't I contact them via email?  This is normal procedure to solve problems and isues in many internet related companies (like viber, for example) where you can open a ticket and send them description of your problem through email. You get an automated email saying they received your email. In a day, sometimes even half a day, someone in charge contacts you. Why PayPal makes it so hard to contact them? And why their official facebook page redirects me here if I can only get opinions from another users here, not a help from someone in charge???
