When your friend setup their PayPal.ME account, she choose "Goods and Services" instead of "Friends and Family".   What will happen if you pay this request is, she will be charged a processing fee (2.9% plus $.30) on the total amount sent - that's probably not what she had in mind.  (There's no charge to you.)    If you can, tell your friend to go back and switch the setting to Friends and Family and resend a new request to you.

Note, if you check the box, this makes you eligible for Purchase Protection.

You just don't tick that box.

Your friend WOULD NOT have a business account, if they had a business account then you would not have that box to tick to make your payment FOR goods / services.

From paypal.me FAQ

Please note: if you have your link set to Friends & Family and sell something, your customers can choose Goods & Services when they're sending you money. That way, their eligible purchases will be protected with PayPal Buyer Protection and you'll pay the standard PayPal fee.
