Okay so I had an issue on my account and after the issue was resolved I got a $10 voucher. I was told that I can use this to pay on paypal.me.... My question is: How do I apply this cause I was told it will automatically be there but I don't see it being there.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
