i am trying to but money in a EU paypal account from a EU bank. the bank is deutsche bank.

paypal gives all the inafo except for the address. my bank asks for the address.

what is paypal europe Deutsche Bank ADRESS in GERMANY.

Sorry, if you are trying to transfer money from your PayPal account to your bank, why your bank wants the bank address for PayPal's bank account in Germany? 

All you need to do is add your bank account to your PayPal account and PayPal puts two small deposits into your bank account.  You confirm these amounts for your bank account in your PayPal Wallet.  Then you can withdrawl from PP account to bank.

If you absolutely need the bank address, you can use bank main address:

you dont want to deposit money into your Paypal account by sending money to PAYPAL's bank account,it may not end up in your paypal account.

Guys why not at least try to answer the question instead of suggesting the obvious? Obviously this is necessary to do the opposite: moving money from bank account to Paypal. The point of the bank address is still pending.

Ok I did some research because I knew some parts of the IBAN just indicate exactly that, the bank single agency where the account is registered. You can go here https://www.iban.com/ and type in the IBAN to get the bank address in detail.
