paypal ship now not working?

Trying to go to shipnow to print first class USPS. Getting an odd page, that also tells me I owe underpaid postage? See the following two screenshots.

The same thing is happening to me. If you scroll down there is a place where it says calculate shipping cost but when I push it I'm getting an error page. So frustrating. I have so many orders I need to get out.

Like you I am having the same problem .  Orders need shipped.

Have a call into Paypal 2 -3 hours call back

I have the same problem. Called Paypal and the cs in Paypal shipping told me they just created a ticket and the problem has high priority to be solved.

What I found was you can print shipping labels going through the bulk shipping link. I just used it and it worked (10/10/17).  If your labels will not auto print you can click on the label and reprint.

Not working here yet. It's coming up now, but no where to enter the ship to address. When you click calculate postage, it gives a "please try again later" message.
