Paypal and moneygram are 2 separate companies and 2 differing payment providers.

If you are being asked to send a moneygram payment before your paypal payment is released then you are dealing with a scammer probably in Nigeria.

PayPal and moneygram are 2 separate companies. That said, they have an agreement that allows PayPal users to send cash to moneygram account holders. I believe you have to sign up on the moneygram site. You can even use it to withdraw cash from your PayPal.
