I have the same question. In my case, the customer emails her order and sends a check. When the check arrives, I just need to print her shipping label. I know the ability exists to print a PP shipping label without an associated invoice or sales because I've used it before. But the link is always difficult to find and I have to go on a time-wasting hunt for it.
I know I can print from USPS but PP offers the discount on postage. More often than not, I give up searching and end up using my stamps.com acct to get a discount.
Can someone please post the link to this feature. I'll be sure to bookmark it this time.
Thanks

Just use the PayPal multing shipping tool to print the label. You enter information as needed.
