I've tried activating a paypal debit mastercard twice now.
I was on the phone w/ help, and he told me that I needed to provide proof of id/adress/SSN which I have already when they put my account on a "Limit" last week. They took if off and I don't have the option of uploading files in the resolution center.
The guy I was on the phone said I can fax them the documents or send a email..
He told me the email, but I couldn't understand it fully since he had a thick accent.
Now I'm not sure if that's right, would like to see if anyone on here knows if that's the right email so I don't end up sending documents to the wrong person/scammer
