Do I need WIFI on my ipad to complete sales?

I am about to do a pop up shop in a location that does not have WiFi. I'd like to use my ipad with paypal here reader but it does not have cell service. Can I still process sales then when I connect the ipad when I get home to wifi to complete sales?

PayPal Here requires a WIFI connection.  (There's no off line setting for processing sales later.)
