I cannot get my paypal here app to install on my Dell laptop. I went through the steps to install via Google Play. It give a message that the app will be installed on my device shortly, but it never does. Any ideas? The crazy thing is I had it installed but upon having some issues, PayPal said to uninstall and reinstall. Now I get nothing.
