If I pay my monthly payment  (due the 6th of next month) today (the 15th) will I still have a payment due on the 6th or will this payment be considered the monthly payment on my remaining balance?

Thanks in advance.

You will still have a payment on the 6th unless you pay off the balance in full.

Sorry, but the accepted solution is flat out wrong.

if you get a statement that has a due date of the 6th, you can make your payment any time prior to the due date.

What you cannot due is make a second payment before the statement is issued and have it applytowards thenextmonth's statement period/payment due. in taht case it is just counted as an extra payment.

Just make sure your payment is made after you get your statement and all will be good.
