Is there an option to open a teen account (under 18) or can I link one to my account?

Student accounts were discontinued in 2016.

I am aware that student accounts were stopped in 2016. I am asking because my teen has a business and would like to collect fees through PayPal.

Unfortunately there's no options for someone under age 18 - everything would have to be under your name.
