I'm trying to make an account payment, the PayPal site transfers me and tries "Connecting to Synchrony Bank Site" but only comes back with a "We're Sorry. We apologize our system is having technical difficulty retrieving your information. Please try again later."

Me 3 - had this same problem for the past few months, I keep trying every day then it works sometimes.

I've been having it for weeks.  I subitted an email request to PayPal and never got a response.  I called PayPal 3 hours ago and requested a call back which sould have been within 58 minutes to 1 hour 27 minutes.  How am I supposed to pay my bill?
