Well you could not have opened a dispute until recently so it works this way >>
Dispute opened > to give buyer and seller a chance to sort things and if not you decide when to escalate to a claim.
Once escalated paypal get involved and they normally give the seller 10 days to prove delivery of the item to the buyer or refund.
Once the deadline is reached paypal make a decision within 48 hours of that deadline.
So it can be all completed normally in about 2 weeks.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

If the claim was escalated 5 days ago then it should be sorted in 5 days time as paypal give the seller 10 days to refund or prove delivery.
