Gamestop Refund HELP

Hello there, 

i have gotten an email last night from gamestop saying i bought a xbox one Starwars: Battlefront season pass for the when i never even placed an order AND i don't own an xbox one. Paypal took $55 out of my account. I checked gamestop online from my account and there were no purchases. i want a refund since someone is buying something from my account. Any help please? So far i disputed this transaction as unauthorized. Was this a good idea?

Yes but make sure you change your password and security questions asap.

Also run a virus scan on your computer.

I changed my password and security questions. I checked and there were no pre approved payments. I got a download code for the season pass but i haven't used it since i don't have an xbox one. Will i get my money back for a purchase i havent made?

Only paypal can answer that one, i can't second guess their decision.
