Hello,
I recently purchased 2x Killers concert tickets for their tour of Melbourne from the Viagogo website. The concert is be held at Hisense arena Australia on the 4th of May 2018.
After purchasing the tickets I looked online and was shocked to see that the official tickets only go on sale on the 3rd of October. So what tickets did I buy and pay for? I did some further research and found that Viagogo is renowned to scam unwary customers often not supplying tickets and selling tickets that do not exist. I feel like an idiot for completing this purchase and trusting them.
I want an immediate refund for my transaction as I have paid for something that hasn't even gone on sale yet. What steps can I take to ask for a full refund?
I am disappointed that PayPal has authorized this dodgy organisation to conduct transactions using their service. I hope paypal can life up to it's reputation and protect thier customers!
