New to PayPal experience has been a nightmare. Can anyone tell me if one needs to pay a mover first before monies are deposited in one's account?
The mover should send you an invoice for the service, you pay the bill, the money received it depostied into the their account. That's basically the way it works with any seller or merchant.

Of course you do not pay a mover. This is a SCAM to take your money.
