Purchased from QVC on PayPal and got the run around

Purchased a bed topper from QVC and got taken by PayPal, put in for 6 months interest free and they said I did not. The only way I found out was when I was going to return it so I wanted to know about the reimbursement program, I called supposed Customer Service and got told untruths and confusion from them. I have now paid my balance and I am now going to cancel the account..... You would have to be CRAZY to use this PayPal, with the way you can't tell if you have 0% or not, TOTALLY MISLEADING !!!!!!!!!!!. Almost like a CON GAME! Good ridden. Will not use them again. And, the Customer (ARROGANT)Service is of no HELP.... If you can put your purchase on anything else,Do it, I would not use them for anything, the only thing they were good for was 0%, and that they could not handle.....

I would never use PayPal for a payment when I can use a credit card direct.

Except in a specific case when I am offered a promotion purchase with PPC;  it always worked as expected.

I've had the same problem trying to pay my balance to PAYPAL, I've been trying to pay for weeks before the payment was due and they can only give me excuses as to why my payment can't get through, I'm so fed up that I, too, am closing my credit account with PayPal. BTW, PayPal's customer service is the worst!!!!

Rather than use them I would rather pay in PINTS of BLOOD!
