I want to sell my pc to someone overseas. He said he has sent me the payment. Later I have received an email from paypal saying that i have a pending transaction. How can I verify if the email is legit? I also got email from paypal at spam section. The first and second picture.

Too small to read, but if the funds aren't in your paypal account balance then you have not been paid.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Well, by attempting to sell a PC overseas you are inviting a scam. By selling a PC on the interneet you are setting yourself up for a big loss.
You need to learn a lot more about PayPal polcies and practices before you offer anything for sale.
You need to learn how to recognize spoofed email addresses.
You need to learn how to review your PayPal transactions from your activity summary page.
NEVER rely on spoofed emails to give information and instructions about PayPal payments and receipts.
If you check the email addresses you'rl find the are NOT from PayPal.
THIS IS A TYPICAL SCAM.
Suggestion: don't try to sell your PC on the internet.

That looks shady as <beep>. The emails do not look like the layout of official PayPal emails at all and too much red, and bold text. PayPal do not do that. And the email address ends with paypalink dot com. PayPal uses no such web address.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
