I have some fairly large parts i need to ship, shipping is outrageous using anything but greyhound. The buyer is completely willing to accept shipping this way and will go pick the items up from his greyhound location. My problem is if he claims I didn't ship the items, i've read that paypal will side with him since they don't recognize greyhounds package express as reliable or something. Any insight on how I can make this sell happend and be covered? Can i invoice him and have it state specifically that he has agreed to the shipping terms and can't say the items weren't shipped once I have the PO number from greyhound with a delivered to his location proof?
