Two factor authentication texts (and general suggestion protocol)

Today I set out to tell someone at PayPal that (on Android at least), the two-factor authentication texts with the code have exactly one character too many for me to be able to see the full code in the text notification without opening my messaging app.

 

The fact that I could not find a way to send an email about this, tried and failed to call to tell someone about this (hung up on by a robot) and now have been forced to join a forum I don't want to join just to point out this very simple issue is INFURIATING.

 

Why can't "I have a suggestion" be one of the help options?

 

I could have sent an email to <removed> and gone on with my day.

 

Also (now that verification has failed the third time) why does the category and board have to reset each time this page is refreshed? Do you just hate your customers or what?
