so someone bought virtual goods from me. vip+ on my darkrp server he got it and everything but now

apparently he said while opening dispute

i know paypal doesn't cover virtual gods but  i still have no clue what to reply back in the dispute.he probably thought 2 weeks would get by without me noticing it.. sadly i dont offer refunds.

I am the seller!

what should i reply back? in the dispute

It looks like this wasn't a PayPal dispute but simple a customer asking for a refund.

Unfortunately, wthether is it your policcy or not, you WILL give a refund.  You could either give it willingly now or wait for the buyer to file a dispute for non-receipt and PayPal will take the money back and give it to the buyer.

 

By the way, you, as the owner of your business, can always deviate from a published policy and give a refund.  You, as the onwer, can make whatever adjustments you want relating to refunds.

yes,he said it is a dispute but not escalated to get PAYPAL review yet.

OP can offer a refund or based on site return policy,deduct a fee.
