Can't log in my account.

Please help, when i log in my account it always says "sorry we can't log in your account". What does it mean?

Welcome to the Community, sorry to hear you're having trouble logging into your account. You may need to contact our customer service so they can fully review your account, however that error message either means that you're typing in an incorrect password/email address or, are you possibly traveling right now? Or otherwise accessing your account from a different country than the one you're registered in? Sometimes our internal security models will see that type of activity and block logins as a precautionary measure.
