Downgrade account from PREMIER TO PERSONAL

I would like to change my PREMIER ACCOUNT to PERSONAL ACCOUNT. I have originally signed up for a personal account as the page indicated that what I am signing up for was a PERSONAL ACCOUNT. And when I was done signing up, I was surprised to see that my indicated account type is PREMIER. I already used the message center and my first email was last Friday and havent gotten a response up until now. I also emailed just minutes ago but they said the same thing to me. I think they're having problems with their message center. Please help. I cannot contact them through phone call as i live overseas. Toll fees are too high. Thank you

Why not just leave it as premier?? Its handy if ever you want to list the odd item for sale and there is no real benefit to downgrading.

 

BUT if you want to downgrade you have to contact customer services and they will do so BUT they will only do it once so if you upgrade again they won't do it a second time.


Advice is voluntary.
