I would like to change my PREMIER ACCOUNT to PERSONAL ACCOUNT. I have originally signed up for a personal account as the page indicated that what I am signing up for was a PERSONAL ACCOUNT. And when I was done signing up, I was surprised to see that my indicated account type is PREMIER. I already used the message center and my first email was last Friday and havent gotten a response up until now. I also emailed just minutes ago but they said the same thing to me. I think they're having problems with their message center. Please help. I cannot contact them through phone call as i live overseas. Toll fees are too high. Thank you Regards, Joselle M. Godoy
