I'm trying to add a debit card for an account I have overseas. The paypal page for adding a card to the account assumes it will have a US billing address and will not accept my overseas billing address as valid. What do I do?
Don't think you can use the card, it would have to have a US Address. As policies can change, suggest that you follow-up by contacting customer support with your concerns.
