I tried to check my balance using PayPal sms on my phone but I'm getting this reply "Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active". I have the same phone number which is linked to my PayPal account but I have recently changed phones and providers. Is this an error on my side or PayPal's side? And how do I fix it?
