Sending money from Turkey based Paypal to US based Paypal using paypal balance

Hi,

Please someone  help me out because Paypal customer service in Turkey seems to be clueless

I am trying to send money from my Turkish Paypal account to a US based Paypal account.

My account balance is in USD, primary currency of the account is USD  and I have sufficient USD to send.

Problem is, when I attempt to send some money to a US based Paypal, Paypal is trying to send it from my Visa card which is linked to my Paypal account.

I dont want to use  my Visa card to send money, I want to use my Paypal balance.

Is there something that I should fix in my account to send money abroad or there is a general paypal restriction that prevents Turkish users to send money overseas using their Paypal balance.

Thanks in advance

Don't know if there are restrictions but try making your US currency "primary" and then see if you can pay.

You can change it back afterwards, only i heard that sometimes works.
