This has been an ongoing problem that I can't seem to resolve or find a solution for. Shipping labels are printing at about 50% of the correct (full page) size. I print both the label and receipt on a page. This only happens with PayPal shipping labels so it's not a printer setting. Can anyone tell me where the PayPal software setting would be to make the necessary adjustments in print size for shipping labels?
Seems like a printer setting to be honest. They just present the info on the page and do not install special printer software they own or anything like that. Maybe give them a call? I'm sure their shipping department has taken a call or two from folks experiencing an issue like that. While it's not exactly a PayPal problem they may be aware of how to fix it anyway.
