Hi,
I just create a paypal account but I cannot link any card with my account.
I get the message "Sorry, we can't add this card. Please try adding a different card to your account."
I tried two different VISA cards but I get the same message again and again. Also I have contact with me bank issuer and I know that me cards are activate.
Any help
Best Regards
Stella

For some intl countries, PayPal may not accept Visa cards or the particular bank that issues the Visa card. Did you previously add these cards to another account?
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Yes, I had add this card on 2013. On 2015 the card expired and I remove it from my link cards. Few months ago I got my new card and I am facing this problem.
I am from Cyprus. You believe that Peypal may not accept visa cards any more? Who can I ask about this? What kind of cards are allowed for my country?

If the card was added before and removed, you will need to contact PayPal to reset the card. Either through Message Center (click the bell icon near the logout button), Facebook or Twitter for customer service agent to reset the card first before you can add it again to your account. PayPal remembers the cards that were added/removed in your account and likely for security reasons, the card has to be reset in the system in order to be added again.
Next time, all you need to do is change the expiration date when you get new card instead of removing the card.
It's been reported that some countries, Visa cards may not be accepted at PayPal. I was just saying in general. I had no idea where your account was from when I said it. But since you now say that you are from Cyprus, they generally accept Visa with PayPal.
Follow this link and select Cyprus to see what PayPal offers in your locale:

Ok, thanks you for you advise.
Now, I have another visa card that issued 1 month ago form the same bank (Bank of Cyprus). I have exactly the same issue. I have contact with the bank and inform me that the card is activated and there is not any problem with the card.
Any advise?
