Changing the primary address.

How can I change my primary address? When I try to remove my primary address, it states I must set another address as a primary address. I try to set the other address that is on the account but the system won't set it as a primary address. Then I try to delete the address that I want for the primary address, so I can just change the current primary address to the address that I want to be the primary. It won't let me delete that address. That's only one issue I am having!!!

If you have tried these steps and they don't work, then you may have to phone customer support for help.

Login to your account.

* Click on the Gear icon.
* Click on the + in the address box.
* Enter your new address.
* Check "Make this my primary address"
* Click "Add Address"

I had the same problem.  My second address line had the form "#123 Ste ABC".  I tried adding this to the first address line like this: "123 Main Street #123 Ste ABC" and it wouldn't take that either.  However, it did finally accept "123 Main Street Unit ABC #123", but only as the first address line, and I was able to make it my new main address.  This must be a bug in Paypal's software.
